A new, unique, fine-dining concept will be introduced to Downtown by the proprietors of one of Baton Rouge's most popular restaurants. Located on the first floor at the corner of Third and Main, the 3,400-sq.-ft. restaurant will open in early-fall. A special announcement regarding the establishment will be made soon.

The remaining first floor at street level--save for the magnificent Lobby--will accommodate additional retail tenants. Retail space from 1,500 sq. ft. to 8,000 sq. ft. is available fronting Main Street and retail space from 2,500 sq. ft. to 8,250 sq. ft. is available fronting Third Street.
